Cancellation Policy

Students should cancel their appointments in a timely manner.

Appointment Policies

In-Person or Zoom appointments are preferred, especially if you are a new student at USU and/or the Huntsman School of Business.

Phone appointments are best for quick questions or to confirm information.

For phone appointments, you are required to call the office at the scheduled time of your appointment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be marked as a No Show and asked to reschedule.
