Cancellation Policy

Students should cancel their appointments in a timely manner. Cancellation can happen by contacting Jaycie at 435-613-5271 or jaycie.miller@usu.edu OR by using the appointment confirmation.

Advising appointments are available at USU Eastern or at Emery High School on specific days. PLEASE CHECK THE RESERVATION INFORMATION FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT CAREFULLY. Zoom and Phone appointments are an option for USU Eastern to reduce the need for you to travel from Emery County.
