Clair is one of the founding members of the Peace Initiative at Utah State University. As part of that initiative Clair coordinates the development and training of the space-makers program. Clair first started creating conversational spaces for students when they would come to him for advice on how to manage their conflicts. Rather than giving advice he offers a safe space for others to explore what is important to them and make the choices that most align with their values. One of Clair's favorite aspects of space-making is the capacity it has to transform conflicts and unlock the beautiful gifts it has to offer.
